Shenzhen Qiaohua Industries Limited (Quhwa) was founded in 1980 and has long been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of Fog Bubble Machines, Fog Machines and Bubble Machines. It has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) enterprise.
The company operates two modern production bases in Shenzhen and Puning, covering a total area of approximately 93,000 square meters with a building area of nearly 200,000 square meters. It employs around 700 staff, including over 60 professional engineers. With a strong emphasis on R&D and innovation, the company invests over USD 3 million annually in research and development. Its dedicated team continuously drives product and technological advancements, ensuring the launch of new products every month and maintaining a leading position in the industry.
The manufacturing system is advanced and comprehensive, equipped with four fully automated SMT machines, 30 injection machines, an EMC test room, a product R&D lab, and a multifunctional aging test lab.
The company implements a full-process quality management system, with professional QC teams conducting 100% inspections on raw materials, production processes, and finished products. The factories have also passed system audits such as ISO and BSCI, ensuring adherence to global market standards.
With 45 years of experience in ODM/OEM, Quhwa has established a global supply chain network, shipping an average of over thirty 40-foot containers per month. Its products are widely sold in over 130 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea, consistently providing high-quality products and services to global customers.
Quhwa has recently invested about $470,000 on a new engineering and test lab. More advanced equipments are moved into the lab, laying a good foundation for professional and multi-functional tests. Now our routine tests include insertion force test, high & low temperature test, electrostatic discharge test, friction resistance test, salt spray test, wire bending test, image measuring test, and so on.
